The ADVENTOR Program connects trainees with industry, public and academic professionals working in their field of interest as mentors. Trainees and mentors meet monthly to set goals, ask questions, and gain valuable insight into the current professional environment.
The goal of these mentorship pairings is to provide ADVENTOR trainees with opportunities to further their understanding and application of their research, while exploring career advancement with professional guidance.
