Research Exchange with Tong Li, Zhejiang University (May-November 2025)

I spent five months on exchange in Hangzhou, China, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience both academically and personally. The exchange significantly advanced my research and allowed me to reach important milestones, including presenting at my first international conference. Living and working abroad also gave me valuable new perspectives on international research collaboration and everyday life, making this an experience that has had a lasting impact on my academic and professional journey.

Professional Development

Unlike many traditional graduate training programs, ADVENTOR is focused on the well-rounded preparation of our trainees towards their future goals.

To encompass a diverse set of professional skills, trainees must complete yearly courses and workshops in ethics, entrepreneurship, gender-based analysis (GBA+), and Indigenization, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Anti-racism (I-EDIAA).
