Trainees participate in annual site visits, where they meet on location to learn and work alongside experts to solve real-world challenges using robotics. This direct engagement with key partners within industry provides excellent opportunities for our trainees to make professional connections and gain valuable insight into the world of robotics.
Kinova Robotics, Quebec, 2026
During ADVENTOR Week 2026, ADVENTOR took trainees to visit the headquarters of Kinova Robotics, one of our industry partners in Boisbriand, Quebec. The team at Kinova led trainees through a tour of their robotics factory, where they had the chance to experiment with their innovative technologies.
Kingston City Park, 2025
In 2025, ADVENTOR was employed for playground inspection with Kingston City Parks. In conjunction with the design competition, trainees collaborated in teams to create and build a mobile robot prototype to be used to improve the efficiency, safety, and cost of regular city park inspections.
